Character Spotlight: Senna

Daughter of the famed general Ambrosius Aurelianus, descended form one of the noblest of Roman families, she remained humble and caring for others. Raised by Brigid and her husband as her father was away and her mother was a victim of barbarian attacks, she is a scholar, the leader of the scribes, struggling to preserve the written knowledge of the world from the flames of the barbarians. She shares with Arturius a love of Greco-Roman culture and philosophy, helping Sister Brigid in her attempt to preserve the written word in Britannia.  She too strives to establish a nation that honored the rule of law and social justice for the poor and downtrodden.
